Unhappy with the new speed limit imposed on Hume Street? Well don’t worry, because it’s changing back from 50km/h to 60km/h. The speed limit on the whole of Hume Street, beginning from the Shell Petrol Station, was previously 60km/h. However, the limit on the outbound lanes was decreased by 10km/h just before the Finlay Road intersection on Thursday afternoon, April 8 due to the pop-up cycle lane on the side of the road.
